Mozambique prepares for presidential election

Campaigning in Mozambique for presidential elections has come to an end as President Armando Guebuza prepares to step down after two years in office.
The campaigning has generally been peaceful despite reports of clashes in Nampula city in the north between supporters of the ruling Frelimo and opposition party Renamo.
Presidential elections are due on 15 October.
